Isabelle has extensive experience of business world as a Human Resources Consultant and Coach for 30 years.
His areas of intervention were the coaching and development of staff skills, from operational to senior management as well as the management of cultural change, in particular in the case of merger, restructuring, changes involving professional identity, internal mobility, working practices, values and mentalities.

She has developed strong skills in interpersonal communication, team management, leadership development and coaching change.

She is qualified in various behavioural approaches such as Transactional Analysis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a Master Practitioner, in Brief Therapies and in Victimology.
​
She obtained a DESS (equivalent to an MBA or a Masters) in Human Resources, Organization and Social Innovation with the highest distinctions.

She is also interested about specific health issues in the workplace: Mental health, stress management resilience, etc.
She has undergone specific training for anxiety, depression and trauma treatment in order to bring this complementary skill where necessary.

in parallel to her professional career, after having studied classical philosophy in India for 3 whole years, Isabelle has been practicing and teaching different forms of yoga and meditation for many years. She gives private lessons and group in its unique way which integrates the body, the spirit in the true vocation of Yoga which is to "unite" all the parts of oneself.
Her holistic approach is based on her professional experience as well as her personal experience as a "Yogini", a person who aims to integrate yoga (in the broad sense of the term) into all aspects of her life.
