Process :

• After a first contact by mail or directly by telephone, we fix  together a meeting face to face or  videoconference.  At the end of this interview during which you express yourself freely and we discuss the nature of your request,  we validate together a contract which sets your coaching objectives, the number of sessions, the interval between sessions as well as the price and the means (webcam, telephone or face to face).

 

• A time for mutual reflection is offered before the next meeting to validate the process, the contract and the wish of the client  The next coaching appointment is then scheduled.  To help you make your choice with confidence: A FREE 15-minute preliminary interview is offered to you .

 

• Generally, the duration of coaching varies from 3 to 10 sessions depending on the nature of the objectives.  A point is made at mid-term and the last session is devoted to the consolidation and the final evaluation of the achievement of the objectives.  Another possible way of working is to determine a work objective per session according to the needs of the moment and, in this case, the person makes an appointment and the work objective is determined at the beginning of the session for that particular session.

• Payment for each session is made by Paypal secure version or bank transfer, before the session.
