Isabelle Lenhardt founded in 1995 a company based in Paris, INSIGHT CONSEIL which accompanied for 30 years  its clients in the public and private sector through human resources development actions,  coaching, consulting, training, management and change management missions.

She  also practices and teaches Yoga and Meditation after having studied classical philosophy in India for 3 years.

Aware of the challenges of today's life on both a societal and personal level, she has cultivated an expertise in the

treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma.

 

On the basis of this vast experience of more than 30 years of accompanying people individually and in groups, Isabelle has developed  more specificly  a "holistic" life coaching approach that integrates multi-dimensional work  to help people thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Coaching is offered either face to face or by videoconference on the basis of objectives set with the coachee.
